1. UI

Layout: Manual smoke testing routes a. Some pre-set URLs to navigate to and do some manual testing.

Should have some API endpoints
Should have some Datalab Staging endpoints b. in first version, have editible text with premade routes
can fetch and store that in database c. Workflow: DM then tests manually to see if numbers look good in API and Datalab

2. Server logic

Add DB manipulation logic: See: #db
Finish tying logic to the UI as necessary: Some/all of this may be covered in step (b).

3. Post-MVP features

Optional: Could just make new GitHub issues.

Further control over manual testing routes: Add/remove as list items.
Automatically generate routes based on diff between dataset versions (e.g. auto detects new round).
