Actions fail because of SeuratData #12

When configuring the dependencies, SeuratData seems to be installed before Seurat, which fails.

While this should be handled by the build system, it is not for some reason...

Installing it manually might be an option to remedy the issue (86fbde86a6e078a6838f9768544d19948d75c3ff) but it still fails on some of the platforms.
