This PR will change the Absplice environment to an automatically created env (by snakemake). This way, manually downloading the absplice repo and installing the environment will be rendered obsolete. Instead a yaml file is used for the environment and used in the pipeline. This will lead to an easier handling of the annotation pipeline as well as more robust results (as the absplice repo version is now pinned)
Testing
Clone the repo and run the annotation pipeline on some test data
