Executing the annotation pipeline after the introduction of #54, I get an error regarding environment_spliceai_rocksdb.yaml:

` - pip:

git+https://github.com/gagneurlab/spliceai_rocksdb.git@0.0.1`

pip can't access the correct version. Removing versioning (@0.0.1) and pulling the default solved it for me.

Hello Jonas, I could replicate your error and changed the last line in environment_spliceai_rocksdb.yaml file to git+https://github.com/gagneurlab/spliceai_rocksdb.git@v1.0.0, the changes will get pushed to main soon. Thank you very much for pointing this out.
