Fix omitted variants, correct test cases.

What

This PR does three things:

• change expected data of merge_annotations test to add missing consequence columns
• change aggregate_abscores function s.t. input files are sorted for consistency
• add assert statement to assure that all variants from vcf are part of annotations, as discussed in issue #76
