What

Fixes some bugs in the REGENIE pipelines
Updates the example data for use in testing those pipelines

Testing

Run pipelines/training_association_testing_regenie.snakefile and pipelines/association_testing_pretrained_regenie.snakefile on the example data

Test scenarios

Should be sufficient to test on the example data
