MercuryIntrusion

This is already implemented in PR #1140

AbsolutePermeabilityTensor

Creates needed phase internally
Automatically applies BCs in all three principle directions
Would need bounding box info for calculating area and lengths properly
Might need to consider slip flow?

RelativePermeability

Would create non-wetting phase object
Inject non-wetting phase using IP
...but injection inlets might need to be specified
Creates flowing phase
Apply BCs (also might need to be supplied?)
Would run simulation for a range of injection saturations

RelativeDiffusivity

Same as RelativePermeability above

We have decided on an outline for this: We've already added a metrics submodule under algorithms, and will divide it into further categories, for diffusion and permeability, etc. I think we are far enough along this that I can close this issue...in the name of de-cluttering the issues list.
