when tmate is started without an authorized key, connections are refused

tmate start with tmate -a "" if authorized key is not provided. the -a option should be removed.

This issue is fixed by e9ca238029af47044b3b0e950ef4d97d6bdd44a4 and is included in 1.0.5. Thanks, @terry2027, for the report.
