Fix Joint shifting when trying to select #121

Not the best solution. Ideally, we track the location of the mouse click relative to the SVG or convert to HTML using (https://material.angular.io/cdk/drag-drop/overview) but this will be the quickest fix for now. Sorry to whoever has to redo this at some point.

its a bit inconsistent with the shifting, but it should do for now. i also feel sorry for the future person.
