Get trending topics, no keyword #358

Hi, Thanks for the package !

I was wondering if it's possible to get the list of trending search, so without searching only a keyword, just grab the top searches of the day for example ?

Hi @Dantferno. Not at the moment, but that would be a great addition to make.
