Phosh Plugin #69

It would be nice to have a phosh-plugin that can be used to control certain properties of the eink-screen, similar to our gnome extension.

Why the 'trixie' label?

I think it would be awesome to be able to use different compositors/shells etc; I've been experimenting with wlroots based compositors and sway on my PineTab2 f.e. But my guess is that it will be a significant effort to accomplish that and the Trixie freeze is probably only a few months out.
