lu_SGCN table - field length #10

The length of the season field is 1073741822 characters, which seems to be a waste of space. Need to have Brad update to a length of one. Possible link to season domain.

Actually, this field length thing is present in most of the text fields in the table. Need to export, rebuild, and send a new layer to Brad to update.
