lu_SGCN - season field #11

"year-round" values are missing and that doesn't mesh with the SGCN occurrence datasets.

Also, existing full length names are capitalized, and match the lowercase names that are in the domain. This becomes in issue during joins in the habitat association script.

Converted to lowercase.

Replaced NULL values with "year-round"
