Protected Land names are truncated #91

Some protected land names have been truncated with a number replacing the last part of the text (e.g. "Delaware Highlands Conservancy50" "Delaware Highlands Conservancy54").

If we are including this in output, we need to clean up the names. If we are not including in output, we can close for now.

Assigned to @ChristopherTracey for now so he can ask Cathy and Diana whether this will be included.
