look into adding something in lu_SGCN that checks that ELCODE is equal to the first 10 characters in ELSeason (or alternatively, everything before the underscore.

Something rudimentary is in place, which seems to be working. I found two trailing spaces in the lu_sgcn csv that could have been causing problems. Unsure if they actually were.
