The rnw is using nha_data$SITE_RANK while script3 is using a somewhat oddly formatted nha_siterank table from the run database as the source for rank information. Not entirely sure what's going on here, but I guess i will adjust it to the latter.

This is now fixed.

Leaving open though as we need to have a discussion about other options for the if/then ladder as well as language choices to fix.

Need to add something about a sensitive species, as it seems to be broken for that (e.g. Cramer Pike).
