In our code, GNR ranks are rounded to GNR, and then not included in site significance rank calculations.
I have (today) edited the GRank rounding matrix ("grank_rounded") to "round" GNRs to G5, so that things like GNR/S1 communities are incorporated into site sig ranks, and will recalculate significance ranks for all the sites.
