Add additional names to italics list #86

Discovered these additional ones in the threat/rec bullets for Loyalhanna Gorge:

Raccoon roundworm (Baylisascaris procyonis)
chestnut blight (Endothecia parasitica)
BT (Bacillis thuringiensis)

Have to figure out how to add these into the italics processor

Completed. In the ET importer script, one can now add adidtional species that are not on the ET to an addnames variable: addnames <- c("Baylisascaris procyonis", "Endothecia parasitica", "Bacillis thuringiensis") # Raccoon roundworm, chestnut blight, BT

Note: we should only do this for species that we currently don't have on the list like biocontrols and such. For taxonomic issues we should default to whatever is on the ET.
