Can ProMex be used to extract feature from bottom up data #20

The algorithm may not be optimized for bottom-up data. What possible problems or limitations if ProMex is used to extract bottom-up data?

Basically, ProMex should work well for both bottom-up and top-down data. We expect that it can find large molecular features than traditional feature finding approaches.
