In addition to the AUC heatmap, I'd also like to see a circos plot that describes the data we have for each patient:
We can have a circle representing: mutations, proteomics, phosphoproteomics, genomics, and single drug sensitivity and combination drug sensitivty, where drug sensitivity is a continuous variable represneting numbers.
