We have finalized project structure to make concerto independent from models. concerto will be a central repo for code throughout the project, thus adding the first useful function (test_excretions). Additionally, we are moving the models from concerto into individual repos, so this PR removes rhodo model. I plan on moving the other two models shortly after, but need the excretion tests to finalize, thus circular actions in one
