Adding load_model_from_git.py helper function and universal model #80

Adding 2 files:

  1. load_model_from_git.py :: Helper function to quickly pull cobra models from their respective git repos
  2. universal_model_cobrapy.json :: A cobra compliant universal model pulled from BiGG
