Use remaining task list items after merging with main
- [ ] Pull code from notebook into viz_utils.py
- [ ] Write unit tests for sanity checks on code in viz_utils
- [ ] Finish simplified notebook to show d3flux and Alluvial diagram plots
- [ ] Repeat for binary models
Let's focus on completing this #88 and #66 so we can merge the branch into main.
