Include the function description of the predicted annotation in output. This would make it more user friendly and intuitive.

This would require the addition of description to the annotation file which is currently in the format:
Uniprot accession ID , TIGRFAMS ID
Other considerations:
Include annotation files for TIGRFAMS, Panther, PFam, etc in repo for user ease of use.
Include a parameter in the config file to pick which annotation type to use. Then query this from Uniprot API.
Small additional note - also remove quotes from output.
