Nci60 and other fixes #173

I added the new NCI60 dataset and made a bunch of fixes.

Closes #172 as it seems to work on my aws ubuntu machine Closes #171 with an xml schema fix for cellosaurus Closes #161 with new file concatenation Closes #169 with non synapse option

Fixed data is in synapse folder syn59202904
