figshare-latest.yml / setup.py out of date #210

The figshare YAML as well as setup.py lists old versions / tags of the datasets.

figshare links to v.0.1.13 instead of v.0.1.4.
setup.py lists version 0.1.26

I am not sure how consequential the setup.py discrepancy is but when installing via pip from the local git repo the the installed version is tagged as coderdata-0.1.26. Pulling datasets via coderdata download will result in the download of the outdated files from figshare.
