Updated KSEA analysis #3

Addresses issue https://github.com/sgosline/cytokineDrugResistance/issues/1.

The new script loads global and phospho data from synapse, and produces the following output:

  1. four PCA plots in the ./pca_plots/ directory corresponding to global/phospho and late MOLM13 vs late MOLM13 + parental
  2. KSEA analysis with 3 conditions: tram vs parental, tram+mcp1 vs parental, and tram vs. tram+mcp1
  3. export plot and results as tsv to ./ksea_results/
  4. Kinase substrate heatmap from the KSEA analysis to ./ksea_results/
