Create MD of functional enrichment comparisons of data #8

After #7 is complete, create a markdown that analyzes the data as follows:

1- PCA plot highlighted by metadata in syn26160053 (cell type, treatment) 2- Do Correlation enrichment analysis across all samples 3- Compare pre-post treatment within cell types (GSEA) 4- Compare pre-post treatment across cell types 5- Compare expression between each of the 3 cell types

  1. Run the same comparisons using the targeted DIA data.
  2. Make boxplots of the few (<14) targeted protein responses we have.
