Based on LM7c (minimum) we create a mapping of 7 major cell types to create a single naming scheme.

This is specifically interesting for cibersort where we have mRNA and protein derived matrices.

I'm not sure this is worthwhile in the evaluation context. Should probably plot individual matrices across subtypes or across simulated data rather than in correlation. Closing for now.
