Right now the folders RTSoil/6-Bahn_Analysis_Report_cache and RTSoil/6-Bahn_Analysis_Report_files are both committed in git, which we don't want, because we don't want to have to re-commit things every time we rebuild the report. (Instead, we just want the source Rmarkdown files to be under version control.)
Fixing this may require some invalidating of the git history, so I only want to do it when we're side by side and you're fully synched up–i.e. not going to lose anything.
