I might be being dense here, but I can't see a concise statement on the pre-requisites like it is put here? I had a look around the Orchestrator-documentation repo and the output PDFs, but I couldn't find it in a few minutes of looking and searching for 'MPICH' didn't find anything - doesn't bode well for a general user...

even though we have a dependencies tarball, I have found it very useful with other software to have a simple list of dependencies in the Readme.md of the repo for the thing I am using or available on a web page (rather than being in some "random" pdf somewhere).
