In Orch_VolII it says that SupervisorType/OnInit exists (it's mentioned in two places), but in Orch_VolIII (e.g. the
grammar on page 52) it does not appear.
The grammar in the orchestrator does contain it, and I can see it appears on SupervisorType elements in "ring_test.xml" and
"test_superapi_dirs.xml", so maybe it is just an omission in VolIII.
