Add an 8-box test UIF. #95

For fun (it's Friday after all), I thought I'd make an 8-box hardware description file, and add it to the test suite. It passes under Valgrind, and dumps properly (under an eyeball). I won't upload the dump because its 34MB, but it has:

49152 threads
3072 cores
768 mailboxes
48 boards
8 boxes

Hopefully it'll be useful one day.
