Access to team creation is not restricted if I'm in a team and access to team management is not restricted if I'm not in a team #60

It would be more user friendly if a player without a team could not see the team management button and a player with a team could not see the team creation button

For this to work we need to ask backend for our team on home page, i tried to add this function but i get 405 status response, guess this needs to be fixed on backend too?
