Finished join team features:

Listing invitations:

• expanding/collapsing the list with refreshing content
• Buttons replaced with message on successful accepted/rejected invitation

Listing all teams:

• on click expanding/collapsing list item with additional team info and button to join if team is open and has free space
• buttons changing className on events of joining team (to indicate if user is already in team)

Not implemented: sorting, paging, searching Visual uplift needed according to whole app
