added deleteAccountSSOScreen
- visible in userSettings depending on auth type
fix apple sign in bug
fix previous logout navigation bug also in UserDeletionScreens

to test please login with google-signin and delete account and the same with apple.

ATTENTION: when PR #363 not yet merged and merged dev into this branch then after the first login directly a select a gym, otherwise app crash

fix #361
