This post might seem weird to you, as I am using Win XP.
Why could I help you? I am currently studying foreign languages and I could
translate your soft into french and do a little of the spanish pre-work.

The only thing I need is a .ods file (spreadsheet).

I just want my entire name in the credits in exchange, indeed if I work for
free on a project that I do not even use, I expect my name as a part of a
digital résumé. Seems like a win-win game to me.

Answer me asap so that I can schedule.

You don't need a spreadsheet, you can just grab the download, and translate the 
files 
/Contents/English.lproj/InfoPlist.strings and Localizable.strings, using files 
in the other lproj directories as an 
example. They're pretty much plain text with a pretty obvious syntax.

I don't think whatever is in the .nibs which only XCode can open needs to be 
localised for French or Spanish, but 
I'm not a movist developer so I wouldn't know for sure.
