Issue:
It is necessary to give the user the option of downloading or not the land-ocean mask file while installing the package.
The mask file may be a single standard mask file from the ANHA4 configuration.
Motivation:
ANHALYZE will might have different user groups. There will be groups that won't need to download the file (e.g. research groups that use NEMO/ANHA4) and groups that doesn't have any mask file (e.g. not modeler researchers).
