Exception class `NotThisMethod` #264

There is an exception class NotThisMethod defined in versioneer.

Do we need this?
It is also used in _version.py in PSyCRIS.

The NotThisMethod is part of versioneer. I don't think we should remove code that comes from them. Feel free to close the issue if that's fine.
