Use of Tauris+15 for ECSN #312

Podsiadlowski+04 seems to overestimate the range under which ECSNe exist (preliminary results from @dimsour94 ) even for single stars. In POSYDON this would affect the kick of various NS binaries and thus will overestimate the bound systems after CC1

Tauris+15 seems to have a more "reasonable" rate of ECSNe. Two suggestions to move forward would be:

@mkruckow This may be of relevant to you for the post-processing process. @ka-rocha @celiotine @devimisra @astro-abhishek you may be interested in this due to your focus on bound NS binaries

I have proposed to not use Podsiadlowski+04 a long time ago, because the main reasoning in this paper is based on a plot which looks very different with the MESA data for POSYDON. At this time it was declined, but I don't remember the reasoning. The people who spoke against at this time, please fill your reasons in here.
