Podsiadlowski spelling + docstring #349

This PR corrects the spelling of Podsiadlowksi->Podsiadlowski. Additionally, I added this option to the docstring (incl. reference).

WARNING: All doing pop-syn need to update their ini files after this PR is merged.

P.S.: Simone put this as a todo in the v2_paper. It is strange, that we use this as default and didn't explained it in the doc string so far.
