Adding single stars to post-processing pipeline #360

It would be useful to include single star grids in the post-processing pipeline. This will require a new step "EEPs" before the PSyGrid creation. Depending on issue #359 we either need to incorporate another external code or get it done inside of POSYDON.

Should we wait until issue #359 is resolved or is it worth to get a workaround with the FORTRAN code for EEPs first? Is that code long term supported, that POSYDON users can easily get it?
