unix/prebuild.sh currently accepts (among others) the parameters doc and doc all, which according to the comments in the script are designed to prepare the documentation, creating multiple variants thereof and allegedly also post-processing the HTML version of the docs.
We should:
[ ] Investigate whether our current process of generating Unix help files from the Wiki generates what prebuild.sh doc wants as input, or what it used to generate as output.
[ ] Investigate whether the other formats generated by prebuild.sh doc all are still (or might again become) relevant.
[ ] Investigate whether our current process of generating Unix help files from the Wiki itself relies on prebuild.sh doc.
[ ] Decide whether we want to (and in that case actually do) run prebuild.sh doc or prebuild.sh doc all as part the v3.8.0 release process.
[ ] Decide whether we can safely ditch the corresponding portions from unix/prebuild.sh for good.
