Gain access to ICU datasets #1

In order to start working on the practical part of the project, we need access to data that we can train the ML models on. Here is the list of datasets that we are trying to get access to: AmsterdamUMCdb, HIRID, eICU, MIMIC and Annotated Clinical MRIs and Linked Metadata of Patients with Acute Stroke. AmsterdamUMCdb - cannot access due to lack of BROK training, dropping this dataset HIRID - dONE eICU - done MIMIC - done, decided to go with MiMIC-IV
