General Requirements:

• appointment at research institution; appointment must be under the jurisdiction of the receiving institution
• degree requirements (possibly doctorate)

Must be submitted:

• project description
• IRB approval
• approved security plan - Accessing Restricted Data at ICPSR
• roster of research and IT staff who can access or view the data or computer where data are hosted (below)
• confidentiality pledges for all people on roster (below)

IRB (Institutional Review Board) approval - in this case we need to contact both REK and SIKT. For the sake of REK we are preparing two documents:

• Application for prior approval
• Research Protocol

Awaiting decision from both REK and SIKT to get an IRB approval. The rest is already prepared.

Unfortunately, answer from REC will be given after Master's Thesis deadline so the idea to use this dataset was dropped.
