Add Question section to Tutorial 6 #731

There is an error. Looks like a duplicate code chunk label. format tutorial code chunks should fix it.

You need to load tidyverse and primer.data before you have students type trains. Follow the example in the template tutorial. Obviously, once you do, you can cut that package loading out of the Wisdom topic.
