Jenkins CI setup #17

Following PR introduces Jenkins CI setup to run on tigergpu Princeton U cluster. The goal is to perform full validation on the cluster rather than limited unittests and perform performance validation checking test ROC area.

Details on the build:

  1. Trigger build on push to master branch (no SCM polling)
  2. https://jenkins.princeton.edu/job/FRNM/job/PPPL/
