수정 및 작업 내용

CI/CD 적용을 위한 GutHub Actions 스크립트 작성
- 해당 리포지토리에는 소스코드가 없으므로 CI는 생략하고 CD만 적용

개발 환경 구성, 배포 환경 구성을 위한 Docker Compose YAML 작성

아래와 같은 폴더로 구성되어야 함

├── PPoong (git repo)
│   ├── release-docker-compose.yaml (신규 추가됨)
│   └── dev-docker-compose.yaml (신규 추가됨)
├── backend (git repo)
├── frontend (git repo)
└── upload (git repo)

사유

빌드 및 배포 자동화를 위함.
