Size of main charges when other charges placed explicitly #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. azure a roundel or; in base a roundel vert

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The two roundels overlap. Easiest way is probably to shrink the available area 
for main charges if an explicitly placed charge is also present.
