Searched for existing models in accounts/models.py.
Added the SentryIntegration model to store the Sentry API key.
Created a new GitHub issue #184 to add the missing migration for the SentryIntegration model.

Next Steps

Address the newly created issue to add the migration file for the SentryIntegration model.
